Discovering Learning Through Traditional Children’s Games – Our eTwinning Project

Children today grow up in the digital age, playing games using technology. However, traditional children’s games still hold great value as they promote physical activity, enhance socialization, and contribute to the transmission of cultural heritage. This is exactly where our eTwinning project, “Learning Through Traditional Children’s Games,” comes into play!

 

Project’s Aim

This project aims to integrate traditional children’s games into modern educational processes, making learning more enjoyable and effective for students. By collaborating with teachers and students from different countries, we hope to foster cultural exchange through games.

How Will Our Project Work?

• Exploring Games: Each country will research and introduce its own traditional games. (Turkey, Serbia, Greece, Romania, Poland)

• Implementation and Sharing: Students will experience the selected games by playing them and sharing videos or images.

• Educational Integration: Activities will be planned to link the games with lesson content.

• Cultural Exchange: Students will learn about each other’s cultures through games and interact with their peers.
